Who processes the data

This website is a personal account area for Artem Vaskevych’s students (maths tutoring). The data is processed by Artem Vaskevych personally. You can get in touch via the form on the home page or on Telegram.

What data is stored

  • The student’s name, grade and parents’ contacts — to organise lessons.
  • The lesson schedule, grades, lesson notes and topic progress.
  • Records of paid lesson packages (without payment card details).
  • Photos of homework and solutions uploaded by the teacher and the student.
  • A profile photo, if the student chose to add one in their account. Only the student, their parents and Artem can see it. It is removed with the “Remove photo” button in the account or together with the profile.

Requests, forms and the diagnostic test

  • When you send a request or write via a form on the site, the details you enter yourself (for example, a name, a contact and a comment) are stored — only to reply and arrange lessons.
  • If a child takes the diagnostic test, their answers and the result are stored — to plan the lessons.
  • Requests and diagnostic results that did not lead to lessons are kept for up to 12 months. You can ask for them to be deleted earlier at any time — just write to me.

Online lessons in Google Meet

Online lessons take place in Google Meet via a link from your account; the site stores only the link itself. Google Meet is a separate Google service with its own privacy policy.

Parental consent

A student profile is created only after the parents agree to the processing of their child’s data. The fact and the date of consent are recorded in the profile. There is no self-registration on the site.

How long photos are kept

Homework photos are deleted automatically 60 days after they are checked. The grade, the comment and the fact of submission are kept without the photos. 7 days before deletion a warning appears in the account so you can save anything important.

Telegram bot

  • The bot is optional. It is connected only via a link from your account (“Connect Telegram”) or from Artem; the bot never asks for your password.
  • What the bot sends: lesson reminders, schedule changes, new homework and grades, the balance and payment details, a weekly report, and Artem’s replies to your questions. Each family only gets its own child’s data. Homework photos are never sent to Telegram.
  • What the site stores: the Telegram chat number, the Telegram name and username, the language, notification settings and the texts of your questions to Artem. The internal message queue keeps only identifiers and is cleared after 30–90 days; phrases the bot didn’t understand are kept for 30 days with digits removed.
  • How to turn it off: in the bot use the “Notifications” button or the /stop command (/start turns it back on). You can disconnect Telegram from your account in the bot (“Disconnect this chat”) or in your account. After a password reset Telegram is disconnected automatically.
  • Telegram is a separate service with its own privacy policy. Messages that were already sent are deleted in Telegram itself (a bot can only delete its own messages younger than 48 hours).

Where the data is stored

The data is stored on a rented Hetzner server in the European Union. Homework photos and profile photos are available only after logging in: a student and their parents see only their own materials.

Your rights

Parents can ask at any time to view, correct or completely delete their child’s data — just write to me and the profile with all materials will be deleted.
